Experienced operators will find the URW-376 is quick to set up, or we can provider certified operators to help with the lift. 350kg Dual Circuit Battery Powered Glass Vacuum Lifter

The UPG 350-2 vacuum lifting device is specially designed for loads of up to 350 kg. Thanks to its modular design, the UPG 350-2 can be optimally adapted to your tasks.

The lifter has manual 90° tilting and loads can be rotated a full 360°, with the position stopped every 45°. This allows you to perfectly align glass elements for insertion.

Solid adhesion and reliable power is ensured by the built-in suction discs of 300 mm diameter. The joints and tappets of the suction discs are also spring-loaded. All of the suction discs can be individually arranged without the need for any tools. 

The 12 V battery is rechargeable and replaceable, and you can see the current charging state on an LED display. The regulated vacuum pump is continually ready for operation for up to eight hours. The UPG 350-2 includes an audible warning buzzer to alert the operator if the vacuum becomes too weak or if a vacuum circuit fails completely.

This dual circuit vacuum lifter features a unique geometric tilt mechanism which maintains the load position automatically when tilting between horizontal and vertical positions, without using latches.

As well as a capacity of 500kg, the Quadra-Tilt MRTA6 comes with 360° continuous manual rotation for easy movement of glass, sheet metal and composite materials into mounting position.

This flexible lifter comes with moveable pad mounts and extension arms to create 8 different configurations for varying panel lengths and shapes.
Pannkoke 7211-DS2 600kg Glass Vacuum Lifter

The battery-powered Kombi 7211-DS2 allows you to move loads of up to 600 kg. The load can be turned through +/- 90 and or pivoted through 90 degrees. Turning and tilting are carried out manually. There are locking points every 15 degrees throughout the tilting range.

The battery-powered Kombi 7211-DS2 has a 2-circuit vacuum system and was developed for construction site use in accordance with the safety standard EN 13155. Use of 2-circuit technology means that the battery-powered Kombi 7211-DS2 has two independent vacuum circuits. Each vacuum circuit is designed so that it can support twice the nominal load on its own, if one of the systems fails, or if there is a loss of power, you receive a warning.

Each suction cup can be individually locked.

The battery-powered vacuum pump does not require a power supply, so that the battery-powered Kombi 7211-DS2 can be used anywhere.

The MRTA811 Quadra-Tilt glass vacuum lifter features a four-bar tilt mechanism, making it easier to tilt heavy loads between flat and upright. Featuring 360o manual rotation and 90o assisted manual tilt, the MRTA811 Quadra-Tilt has removable vacuum pads and extension arms, meaning it can handle loads with a variety of shapes and sizes.

Designed to lift loads 320kg in a 4 pad configuration and 635kg in an 8 pad configuration, the MRTA811 Quadra-Tilt window sucker is ideal for lifting smooth, non-porous materials such as glass, sheet metal and composite panels. This vacuum lifter’s capacity and versatility makes it ideal for a range of on-site and in-house projects.

With a Dual Vacuum System, included as an standard safety feature, the MRTA811 Quadra-Tilt features two independent vacuum circuits, which can support each other in the event of system failure. When the vacuum system is being energised, the MRTA811 Quadra-Tilt emits constant audible and visible alarms until the correct level of vacuum has been reached. The pump then stops to save battery life. A sensor switch registers any small loss of vacuum and restarts the pump to build vacuum back up to the correct level.
